The Applied Micro Data Lab (AMDL) is a research group at Sungkyunkwan University working on applied microeconomics, econometrics, and data-driven empirical research.
응용미시데이터랩(Applied Micro Data Lab, AMDL)은 성균관대학교 경제학과와 미래정책대학원을 중심으로 응용미시경제학, 계량경제학, 네트워크 경제학을 연구하는 연구 그룹입니다.
다양한 경제·사회 현상을 데이터와 경제학적 방법론으로 분석하며, 학생들이 연구 질문을 발전시키고 함께 배우는 열린 연구 공동체를 지향합니다.

Within the group, AMDL is informally known as Kim’dergarten—a lighthearted name for a collaborative place to learn and develop research ideas.
